The most recent assignment included interim management services through Development Management Associates for The Roosevelt Collection, a unique 1.3 million square foot mixed-use project developed by Centrum Properties with 342 premium residential units and almost 400,000 square feet of lifestyle retail in Chicago’s South Loop District.
